600ml rice
2 shiitake mushrooms
7 scallions
1/2 onion
2 hot peppers
1 red pepper
kelp water
3 tbsp thick soy sauce
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp hot pepper flakes
