2 cups gluten-free oat flour
1/4 cup raw shelled hemp seeds
1/8 cup sesame seeds
1/8 cup ground flax seed
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2/3 cup water
3 Tbsp. olive oil
Extra sea salt to sprinkle

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl, add oat flour, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and salt. Stir until combined.

Add water and olive oil, and stir until a dough forms.

Gather the dough into a ball and press onto a greased baking sheet.

Roll the dough with a rolling pin until thin.

Use a fork to prick holes all over the dough.

Slice into 1.5-inch squares.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
