2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1 medium red onion
1 medium white onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
4 green onions
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
2 medium tomatoes
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup cilantro
1 bell pepper
1 cup coconut milk
2 cups vegetable broth
2 teaspoons fresh thyme

Cut the skin off the butternut squash using a sharp knife.

Wash and dry the squash, then slice it into nice little cubes.

To a preheated pot, add grapeseed oil.
