Cut the celery into thin slices.

Halve the grapes.

Mix the dressing with 2 or 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 or 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt, half a teaspoon of salt, and a couple shakes of black pepper.

Squeeze lemon juice over the chopped apples to prevent browning.

Line a presentation bowl with little gem lettuce leaves.

Combine the toasted walnuts, sliced apples, celery, and halved grapes in the bowl.

Garnish with remaining grapes and walnuts.
