Almonds are a healthier nut option, while sunflower seeds are often more affordable.

In a mixing bowl, mix together 1/3 cup of homemade yogurt, 1 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of lemon zest, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 to 2 tsp of honey, and 1/4 tsp of salt to make the dressing.

Dice 2 green apples.

Dice 1 and 1/2 cups of celery (around 2 to 3 sticks of celery).

Halve 1 cup of grapes.

Roughly chop 1 cup of walnuts.

Add the diced apples, diced celery, halved grapes, and chopped walnuts to the bowl with the dressing.

Toss to combine all the ingredients.

Let the salad sit in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
