Instructions
- 1Juice the blood oranges into a measuring cup.
- 2Combine the blood orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker.
- 3Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled.
- 4Rim a glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it in salt.
- 5Fill the glass with ice and strain the mixture into the glass.
- 6Top with grapefruit soda and stir gently to combine.
- 7Garnish with blood orange slices and lime wedges.

Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- 3Take each shrimp and carefully make a slit along the back, creating a pocket for the stuffing.
- 4Stuff each shrimp with the crab mixture, pressing gently to ensure it is filled.
- 5Place the stuffed shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6Drizzle the olive oil over the stuffed shrimp and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 8Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
- 3In a bowl, combine the diced tuna, soy sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Mix well.
- 4Spoon the tuna mixture over the tortilla chips evenly.
- 5Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the tuna and chips.
- 6Add sliced jalapeños and green onions on top of the cheese.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 8Remove from the oven and top with diced avocado and chopped cilantro.
- 9Drizzle sour cream over the nachos before serving.
