Pasta with Pistachio Pesto and Burrata

200g pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup shelled pistachios
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 ball burrata cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, pistachios, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Add lemon juice to the pesto and pulse a few times to combine.
