Cut the top off of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves.
Remove the outer layer of skin from the garlic bulb.
Drizzle olive oil over the garlic bulb, ensuring it is well coated.
Sprinkle about an eighth of a teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt on top of the garlic.
Wrap the garlic bulb snugly in parchment paper.
Place the wrapped garlic bulb in a baking dish.
Add more olive oil to the baking dish to completely saturate the garlic cloves.
Bake in a 200 degree oven for 2 hours.
