Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
Place a mixture of frozen red currants, black currants, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries into an ovenproof dish.
Dust the frozen berries with sugar.
Add two cinnamon sticks to the dish.
Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes until the berries start to soften but are not fully broken down.
In a pan on the stove, melt 250 grams of butter.
Squeeze in runny honey into the melted butter.
Mix the melted butter and honey together until combined.
Add 250 grams of plain flour, 100 grams of flaked almonds, and a couple of handfuls of rolled oats to the mixture.
Add 100 grams of caster sugar and mix everything together.
Once the butter and honey mixture is fully dissolved and bubbling, pour it over the dry ingredients and mix gently until combined.
After 10 minutes in the oven, check the fruit; it should be beginning to soften.
Add a small amount of dried fruit (raisins, sultanas, currants) to the fruit mixture.
Spread the crumble topping evenly over the fruit, ensuring it has texture and is not packed down.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until caramelized and crispy.
After about an hour, add a handful of ready-made granola on top for extra crunch before finishing baking.
