Add sugar and beat for another 2-3 minutes until well combined.
Use hands to mix the sugar into the egg mixture to ensure it's fully dissolved.
Sift the flour into the egg mixture gradually while mixing.
Add the milk while mixing until there are no lumps of flour.
Incorporate melted margarine that has cooled down into the mixture.
Sift the baking powder into the mixture and mix well until combined.
Prepare the baking pan, which is 8 inches wide and 10 inches long, and pour the batter in.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the batter before baking.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
