Coat chikuwa in egg white and potato starch, then fry until golden. Mix mayonnaise, salt, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice for the sauce to serve with chikuwa.
In a pot, briefly cook lettuce and sakura shrimp with noodle dipping sauce, then serve warm.
Sauté mackerel fillets and mushrooms in olive oil with garlic and chili pepper until cooked through. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Cook bacon until crispy, then mix with katsuobushi and soy sauce for a savory side dish.
Blanch asparagus and carrots, then season with salt, chicken stock powder, and sesame oil for a refreshing namul.
Marinate chicken thighs with salt, pepper, potato starch, sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and ginger, then cook until golden brown and cooked through.
