Pour flour into the mixer.
Add dry yeast, sugar, and extra virgin olive oil to the mixer.
While mixing, pour warm water little by little.
After mixing for a couple of minutes, add salt and mix for 8 to 10 minutes.
Grease a bowl with a little olive oil and spread it around.
Place the dough inside the bowl and cover with a lid or plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise for 4 hours.
Dust the surface with semolina flour and gently flatten the dough.
Prepare a tray with parchment paper.
Use a dough cutter to cut long strips from the dough.
Bake at 400°F for about 18 to 20 minutes.
