Christmas Bread Pudding

12 slices cinnamon raisin bread, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 6 cups)
2 large fuji or gala apples, halved, cored and chopped
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup sliced almonds
4 big y eggs
2 1/2 cups big y whole milk
1 1/2 cups big y granulated sugar, divided
1 tablespoon mccormick ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons mccormick ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon mccormick ground sea salt grinder
1/2 cup food club unsalted butter
1/2 cup food club heavy cream
1 teaspoon food club vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the cinnamon raisin bread pieces, chopped apples, fresh cranberries, and sliced almonds.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, 1 cup of granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and sea salt until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and stir to combine.

Melt the unsalted butter and mix it with the heavy cream and vanilla extract, then pour over the bread mixture.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of granulated sugar on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
