Add 1-2 tablespoons of chopped parsley to the salad.
Stir the dry ingredients together in the bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to the mixture.
Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses to the mixture.
Stir everything together until well combined.
Let the salad sit for 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Plate the salad and decorate with pomegranate arils and chopped parsley.
