Remove the top of the green bell pepper and seeds, then cut it into small cubes.
Use the same amount of cucumber, about 3/4 of a cucumber, and peel it.
Cut the cucumber in half and scoop out the inside to reduce water.
Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Finely slice the red onion and add it to the bowl.
Remove the stem and inside of the tomato, then cut it into cubes and add to the bowl.
Mix all the chopped vegetables together in the salad bowl.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
