In a bowl, add 2 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt, then mix together.

Create a well in the middle of the dry ingredients.

Add about 3/4 cup of water bit by bit while mixing until a doughy texture is achieved.

Knead the dough until smooth.

Cover the dough and let it sit in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

Remove the dough from the fridge and tear it into four small balls.

Flatten each ball into a disc shape.

Add the shaped dumplings to a pot of boiling water.

Let the dumplings boil for about 15 to 20 minutes until they float to the top.
