Preheat the oven.
Grease the baking pan with backtrennspray or oil and dust with semmelbrösel or gries.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, vanillezucker, and eggs, and mix until well combined.
Add the margarine and mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, backpulver, and backkakao.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
Fold in the schmand until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and top with puderzucker or schokoglasur.
