Start with 225 grams of softened butter at room temperature.

Add 15 grams of granulated sugar to the butter and rub together with hands.

Add 315 grams of plain flour to the mixture and continue to rub together until it resembles a crumbly texture, about 5 minutes.

Crush 10 Oreos and add them to the mixture along with 100 grams of white chocolate chips.

Mix everything together with a spoon until well combined, leaving some chunky bits of butter.

Prepare a baking tin by lining it with parchment paper and greasing it with butter.

Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking tin and press it down evenly using a spoon or hands.

Bake in the Ninja Foodi at 150 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes, checking for a golden top.

If not golden after 25 minutes, continue baking for an additional 5 minutes until firm to the touch and slightly golden.

Allow the cookies and cream shortbread to cool in the tin before removing it.
