1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

1 tablespoon Mango Powder
2 teaspoons Salt
2 tablespoons Oil
1 Large Onion
1 Medium Green Chili
1 Inch Ginger
3-4 Cloves Garlic
1 Large Tomato
1 Medium Bell Pepper
1/3 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon Mango Powder
1 teaspoon Salt

Marinate the tofu with lemon juice, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, mango powder, and salt.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, green chili, ginger, and garlic. Sautรฉ until the onion is translucent.

Add diced tomato and bell pepper to the pan and cook until soft.
