Grate 2 zucchini.

Cut 250g cherry tomatoes in half.

Cut 1 onion into slices.

Chop 2 garlic cloves.

Mix grated zucchini, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced onion, chopped garlic, 250g flour, and 100g ground almonds in a bowl.

Add 1 tsp Italian herbs, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and salt to taste; stir well until all ingredients are combined.

Pour in 2 tbsp oil and mix again.

Transfer the mixture into a parchment lined baking tray (20x30cm).

Bake in the preheated oven at 375F (190C) for 60 minutes or until edges are crisp and top is beginning to brown.

For the dip, add 130g raw cashew, 110g dairy free yogurt, 120g salsa, 3 tbsp water, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/8 tsp black pepper, and a pinch of salt to a food processor and process until smooth.

Add more water if a thinner sauce is desired.

Remove zucchini pizza from the oven and cut into squares.
