Clean the flank steak by removing the membrane from both sides.

Wrap the onion in aluminum foil and grill it over the coals for 15 minutes.
Wrap the garlic in aluminum foil and grill it for 10 minutes, then mash it in a bowl with a splash of oil, salt, pepper, and butter, and add parsley.
Grill the flank steak over high heat, seasoning it with a little salt, for about 7 minutes on one side, then flip it when it starts to bleed on top.
Grill the brie cheese until slightly melted.
Assemble the sandwich by spreading the garlic butter on the ciabatta bread, adding a piece of flank steak, brie cheese, grilled tomato, mushrooms, onion, and arugula, then close the sandwich.
