- ●hard-boiled eggs

Instructions
- 1Drain the tuna and set aside.
- 2Chop the onion and garlic finely.
- 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 4Add the chopped onion and garlic; sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 5Stir in the chopped bell pepper and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
- 6Add the aji amarillo paste and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 7Incorporate the diced tomato and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- 8Add the drained tuna and mix well, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- 9Season with salt, black pepper, and lime juice to taste.
- 10Stir in chopped cilantro just before serving.
- 11Serve over cooked rice, garnished with sliced hard-boiled eggs and black olives.

- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 cup cold water
- ●1/4 cup vegetable oil
- ●1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- ●1/2 cup cream cheese
- ●1/4 cup chopped green onions
- ●1/2 tsp garlic powder
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
- ●1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
- 2Add the cold water and vegetable oil to the flour mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- 3Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 4In another bowl, mix the drained tuna, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- 5Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- 6Cut the dough into rectangles, approximately 3x4 inches.
- 7Place a spoonful of the tuna mixture on one end of each rectangle.
- 8Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
- 9Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- 10Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry the tequeños until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 11Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
