Introduce the noodle maker and its simplicity.
Combine 2 and 1/2 cups of flour, 2 eggs, and 1 and 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil in a bowl.
Mix the ingredients together with a spatula until well combined.
Add a little water and mix with hands until it forms a dough.
Knead the dough for 3 minutes to achieve the right consistency.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
After resting, transfer the dough to a flat surface and cut it into three equal parts.
Roll the dough and place it into the noodle cutter machine.
Choose your preferred shape and tighten the cutter.
Fix the machine and press the control button to cut the noodles.
Cut the noodles with a dough cutter once they come out.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
Transfer the cut noodles into a bowl.
Bring water to a boil and add salt.
Add the noodles to the boiling water and let them cook for 30 seconds without stirring.
After 30 seconds, stir the noodles to loosen them up and cover to cook for another minute.
Turn off the heat and strain the noodles immediately to prevent sticking.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add chopped onions, frying for 30 seconds.
Add green beans and fry for another minute.
Add chopped tomatoes, red and green scotch bonnet pepper, chopped carrot, and other vegetables, stirring together.
Fry the vegetables for 30 seconds to avoid overcooking.
Add thyme, curry, seasoning cube, and salt to the vegetables, stirring for another 30 seconds.
Add beef to the vegetable mixture and let it simmer for 30 seconds.
Combine the cooked noodles with the vegetable sauce and mix well.
Add shredded carrots for garnish and mix carefully.
