Mix together 3 teaspoons of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of mustard powder, 1/8 teaspoon of ground clove, 3 teaspoons of apricot jam, 1/4 cup (60ml) of pineapple juice, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of cornflour until smooth and combined.

Pre-heat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Take 1 pound (0.5kg) of ham and paint the glaze over it.

Add some pineapple and cherries to the ham and attach them with cocktail skewers.

Bake the ham for 25-30 minutes.

Remove the fruit and skewers from the ham.

Brush the ham with more glaze all over.

Change the oven temperature to 450°F (232°C).

Bake for another 20-30 minutes until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
