Finely chop onions, tomatoes, and bell pepper.
Grind garlic with a knife or press.
Pour 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil into a pan.
Add the onions and sauté on low heat until transparent, ensuring they do not darken.
Once the onion is transparent, add the tomatoes and bell pepper to the pan.
Season with salt and sugar.
Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
Add garlic, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes until cooked.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of vinegar and boil for an additional 2 minutes.
Transfer the salad into sterilized jars, adding 1 tablespoon of unrefined sunflower oil to each jar.
Place the jars in a warm place for a day to cool gradually.
