Dip Nutter Butter cookies into a bowl of milk and lay them down to create a base layer.

Spread about a third of the peanut butter pudding mixture over the cookies to create a layer.

Repeat the process of layering cookies and pudding mixture a couple more times, finishing with a layer of pudding.

Spread the remaining pudding mixture evenly on top of the last cookie layer.

Top with the rest of the Cool Whip, spreading it evenly.

Generously sprinkle Reese's Pieces on top for decoration.

Refrigerate the cake for about 2 hours before serving.
