Prepare the baking pan by spreading enough butter on all sides.
Zest a lemon for flavor.
In a saucepan, combine 3.5 cups of milk, 2.5 cups of coconut milk, 1.5 cups of sugar, a pinch of salt, lemon zest, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 0.5 teaspoon of nutmeg.
Add 2 cups of yellow cornmeal, 0.5 cup of grated coconut, and 0.33 cup of raisins to the mixture.
Mix the ingredients well before turning on the stove.
Turn on the stove to medium heat and add 3 tablespoons of butter, stirring constantly.
Continue stirring until the mixture thickens and can lift off the spoon without falling.
Once thickened, pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
