Dice the bread rolls.
Separate 2 egg yolks.
Grind a pinch of nutmeg.
Cut fresh parsley.
Add 1 tsp of salt and black pepper.
Whip the egg whites.
Add yolks with milk to the diced pastry.
Mix in 100 g of hard coarse flour.
Add whipped egg whites and carefully mix all together.
Put the mixture on plastic wrap and form it into a log.
Wrap the log in tin foil.
Cook dumplings in boiling water for 25 minutes, turning them around after 12 minutes.
Unwrap the dumplings and serve.
