1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 can (8 ounces) chopped water chestnuts
1 large red bell pepper (small diced)
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1-2 heads Bibb lettuce
scallion onions (spring onions)
1 medium carrot (shredded)
chopped fresh cilantro or mint or basil

Add ground turkey to a skillet over medium-high heat and break it down with a spatula until browned.

Add sesame oil and minced ginger to the turkey and cook for about 6 minutes.

During the last minute, add minced garlic and stir.
