1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups kale, chopped
1 tsp dried thyme, or 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro)

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
