2 Boiled Potatoes
¼ Cup Carrot
¼ Cup Cabbage
¼ Cup Green Peas
2 Tbsp Onion
2 Tbsp Capsicum
2 Tbsp Green Onion
2 Green Chilli
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
½ Tspn Chilli Powder
½ Tspn Coriander Powder
Salt as Per Taste
½ Tspn Cumin Powder
¼ Tspn Pepper Powder
¼ Cup Flour
½ Cup Water

Mash the boiled potatoes well.

Add carrot, cabbage, green peas, onion, capsicum, green onion, green chilli, and coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes.

Season with chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, and pepper powder. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into cutlets.

Prepare a slurry by mixing flour and water together.

Dip each cutlet in the slurry and coat with bread crumbs.

Fry in medium heated oil until golden brown.
