100 gm beans
300 gm boiled potato

50 gm beetroot
2 chopped onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
chopped coriander
3-4 green chillies
1 capsicum
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp sugar
100 gm all purpose flour
roasted vermicelli

Prepare the vegetables by chopping the carrot, beans, capsicum, and onions.

Boil the potatoes and mash them.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped vegetables, ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander, green chillies, and spices (salt, coriander powder, garam masala, and sugar).

Mix everything well to form a dough.

Shape the mixture into patties.

Coat the patties with all-purpose flour and roasted vermicelli.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties until they are crispy and golden brown on both sides.
