Marinate the chicken by mixing 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons yogurt, and 2 tablespoons oil in a bowl.

Let the marinated chicken sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or longer if possible.

Prepare the white sauce by mixing 2 tablespoons cream, 1 tablespoon tahini, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and a pinch of dried herbs in a bowl, then add 1/4 cup water to thin it out.

In a pan, heat 1/4 cup oil and add 1 finely chopped onion, cooking until soft but not browned.
