In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons yogurt, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon tandoori masala or tikka masala, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix well until combined.

Add 1 pound of chicken breast cut into small pieces to the marinade and mix until well combined. If time allows, marinate for 30 to 60 minutes in the refrigerator, or cook right away.

Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the marinated chicken and cook on high flame for 7 minutes.

Cover the pan and cook for another 10 minutes on medium flame. Once cooked, turn off the heat and set aside.

In another pan, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of butter. Add 2 small sticks of cinnamon, 4 green cardamom pods, and 1 minced garlic clove. Mix well.

Add 1 chicken cube and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon pepper powder, and salt to taste, along with 1 teaspoon turmeric powder. Mix well.

Add 2 cups of soaked rice to the pan and mix well with the spices.

Pour in 4 cups of hot water and mix. Once it starts bubbling, cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, open the lid and fluff the rice, then cover and let it rest for another 10 minutes.

For the white sauce, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons yogurt, 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley leaves, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons water (or adjust), and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix until combined and transfer to a bottle to refrigerate.

For the salad, chop lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, and parsley. Drizzle with lemon juice and add a little salt and pepper.

To assemble the bowl, add the cooked rice on one side, place the cooked chicken on top, and add the salad on the side. Drizzle with white sauce and Sriracha.
