Cut the frying pan on a medium flame.
Add 3 tablespoons of salted butter to the pan and let it melt.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil to the melted butter to prevent burning.
Bring the butter and olive oil mixture up to temperature.
Take pieces of roasted breadfruit and add them to the pan.
Fry the breadfruit pieces for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Flip the breadfruit pieces to achieve even browning.
Once done, remove the breadfruit from the pan and place it on paper towels or a wire rack.
Sprinkle sea salt or any finishing salt on the fried breadfruit if desired.
