Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a pan, add 2 sticks of butter and 1 can of evaporated milk, and heat until the butter melts.
Once melted, add 4.5 cups of sugar and bring to a rolling boil, stirring frequently for about 15 minutes.
After reaching a rolling boil, set a timer for 6 minutes and continue stirring to prevent boiling over.
After 6 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, being cautious as it will bubble up.
Pour the mixture of melted butter, evaporated milk, and sugar over the 10 ounces of miniature marshmallows and 3 cups of peanut butter chips in a bowl.
Stir the mixture until the marshmallows are melted and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the fudge mixture into the lined cookie sheet and help it settle evenly.
Refrigerate the fudge overnight to set.
The next morning, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into squares with a pizza cutter.
