Cut the gristle and hanging skin off the boneless skinless chicken breasts.
Season chicken with olive oil, Bas seasoning, Italian seasoning, and paprika, mixing until evenly coated.
Set the seasoned chicken aside to come up to room temperature.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and fry garlic until it starts to brown.
Add tomato paste to the garlic and incorporate it.
Add one can of chunky diced tomatoes and one can of crushed tomatoes to the skillet.
Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, and oregano, mixing well and simmering for a few minutes.
Line the air fryer sheet with aluminum foil and parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Arrange the chicken breasts in the air fryer and cook at 375°F for about 10 minutes.
Grate mozzarella cheese and chop fresh basil for garnish while the chicken cooks.
Remove the chicken from the air fryer and spoon the tomato sauce over the top.
Add Pecorino Romano cheese and freshly grated Parmesan on top of the sauce.
Pile freshly grated mozzarella cheese high on top of the chicken.
Lightly spray the top with olive oil before returning it to the air fryer.
Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 375°F for an additional 10 minutes.
Transfer the cooked chicken parm to a serving platter and garnish with fresh basil.
