100 g Liquid egg whites

1 handful Shredded iceberg lettuce

First up, pop those 2 slices of bread in the toaster. Keep them handy near the stove because they're going to join the party in the pan soon.

Next, grab a small bowl and whisk together the egg and egg white, adding a pinch of salt and pepper for flavor. Once it's nicely mixed, set it aside – we'll get back to this in a sec.

Now, let’s get that skillet ready. Coat your medium skillet with some PAM Spray oil and heat it up over medium. Time to add those 2 slices of bacon and let them sizzle to crispy perfection.

Once you’ve fried the bacon to your liking, pour in your eggs and give the pan a little swirl. We want those eggs to cozy up to the edges. Then, add in both slices of bread, setting them bottom edge to bottom edge. Let everything cook undisturbed for about 5-7 minutes, just until the eggs are no longer visibly runny. They should be nice and set.

Here comes the cool part. Flip over the cooked eggs with the bread.

Quickly, top one slice of bread with cheese, then layer on that crispy bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices. Fold any extra egg over the top of the tomato like a cozy protein blanket.

Bring it all together by folding the other slice of bread over to complete your sandwich masterpiece.
