Make the jasmine cream by heating light cream to a slight boil, then adding jasmine tea. Let it sit for five minutes, cool over ice water, and chill overnight.

Prepare the matcha cake roll by freezing the egg whites for ten minutes.

Mix warm corn oil and matcha powder evenly, then mix in warm milk. Once emulsified, add cake flour and mix well, followed by egg yolks until it reaches a ribbon-like consistency.
