Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower head (riced)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2Rice the cauliflower by grating it or using a food processor until it resembles rice grains.
  3. 3Steam the riced cauliflower for about 5 minutes until tender, then let it cool.
  4. 4Once cooled, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  5. 5In a mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix until well combined.
  6. 6Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust.
  7. 7Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
  8. 8Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over the top.
  9. 9Add your desired toppings and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
  10. 10Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
