Ingredients
- ●1 medium cauliflower head (riced)
- ●1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ●1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ●1 large egg
- ●1 tsp garlic powder
- ●1 tsp onion powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
- ●1/2 tsp dried oregano
- ●1/2 cup pizza sauce
- ●1 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2Rice the cauliflower by grating it or using a food processor until it resembles rice grains.
- 3Steam the riced cauliflower for about 5 minutes until tender, then let it cool.
- 4Once cooled, place the cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- 5In a mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix until well combined.
- 6Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust.
- 7Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
- 8Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over the top.
- 9Add your desired toppings and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
- 10Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 11Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
