Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1/4 cup of white vinegar, and 2 cups of water into the well.
Mix everything together until thoroughly combined; the mixture will be sticky.
Knead the dough for about 4 to 5 minutes, or until it feels right.
Place the dough in a baking dish and put it in the oven at 20 minutes at a certain temperature (not specified).
After 20 minutes, take it out and slice the middle of the bread.
Return the bread to the oven for another 40 minutes.
