1 lb arracache (or parsnips), peeled and diced
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup olives, sliced
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
