Incorporate 2 generous tablespoons of flour into the mixture, noting it’s a secret ingredient.
Zest a lemon, using half of the zest in the mixture, and mix well.
Squeeze a little lemon juice into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Prepare the graham cracker crust by melting butter in the microwave for about 20 seconds, checking at 8 seconds to avoid boiling.
Coat the graham crackers with the melted butter to help them stick together when the cheesecake is added.
Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a pan, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
Place the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan with the graham cracker crust.
Bake the cheesecake in the oven, noting that it will rise and may crack depending on baking time.
