Whisk together for about two minutes.

Stir in thawed Cool Whip Whip topping until nearly all blended.

Add chopped milk chocolate English toffee candy bars to the mixture.

Mix the candy into the pudding Cool Whip mixture.

Pour the chocolate mixture into an Oreo pie crust and spread evenly.

Top the chocolate mixture with remaining Cool Whip.

Sprinkle remaining candy bar pieces on top of the Cool Whip.

Drizzle melted Baker semi-sweet chocolate over the pie.
