1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
2 cups flour
8 ounces white chocolate chips

In a bowl, cream together 2 sticks of softened butter and 1 cup of packed brown sugar.

Add a 3.9 ounce package of Jell-O instant pudding mix and beat until well incorporated.

Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 2 eggs, mixing well.

Slowly incorporate 2 cups of flour until completely mixed in.

Add about 8 ounces of white chocolate chips or chopped bars of white chocolate.

Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
