Mix the sautéed vegetables into the risen dough along with minced garlic, cheese, and olives.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased baking pan.
Cover the pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
