Soak 500 gr. beans in water the night before.
Pour out the soaking water and boil the beans in 2 l. of new clean water for 20 minutes.
Pour out the boiling water and add 2 liters of hot water to the beans.
Once the beans are cooked, place them in a clay pan.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Clean the dry red peppers from the seeds.
Coarsely grind the red pepper and add it to the beans along with dried vegetable seasoning and salt.
Place the pan with the beans on the heat.
Grill the sausages first for better taste.
Once the beans boil, move them to indirect heat.
After about 30 minutes, check if the beans are ready.
Add the grilled sausages to the beans along with dried mint.
Put the pan back on the fire to roast and bind the flavors.
