Spread the dough in an 8-inch removable base pie dish and crimp the edges.

Let the crust rest in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.

Break dark chocolate into pieces and add to a high-speed blender.

Add coconut cream, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, instant espresso powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
