1 Beef Stock Cube (100ml water)
1x62g sachet of Promin Low Protein Burger Mix Original
Fresh Coriander
1 tin of Chopped Tomatoes
150g Promin Low protein Imitation Rice

Fry the vegetables in oil until soft and add the garlic purée followed by the spices.

Once the vegetables are coated, add a teaspoon of sugar and the tomato purée and stir into the vegetables.

Stir in a small handful of fresh coriander and then add a dissolved beef stock cube to allow the vegetables to begin to simmer.

Add the Promin Low Protein Burger Mix and continuously stir into the mixture, so it begins to cook with the vegetables.

At this point you can add your 150g Promin Low Protein Imitation Rice to boiling water for 7 minutes.

When you begin to see a 'mince' like consistency to build up, add in a tin of chopped tomatoes and cook until hot.

Drain the rice in a colander or a sieve.

Serve the rice into a bowl and heap a serving of chilli on to the top, and garnish with fresh coriander.
