Wash the ham with lime juice, salt, and cold water, then pat it dry with a paper towel.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
Score the surface of the ham in a crisscross pattern.
Place the ham in a roasting pan.
Add pineapple juice and a couple of pineapples to the bottom of the pan for moisture.
Sprinkle chicken powder over the ham for flavor.
Cover the ham with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
Melt a little over a half stick of butter in a pan.
Measure out one cup of brown sugar and add it to the melted butter.
Add about a tablespoon and a half of mustard to the mixture.
Mix in all spice and cinnamon to the glaze mixture.
Combine the ingredients until smooth and melty.
Add between 1/3 cup and 1/2 cup of Kroll syrup or honey to the glaze mixture.
